Who wants to think about long-term care insurance? Not you and not me. But while there is a one-in-1,200 chance that your house will burn down, there's a one-in-four chance of racking up a long-term-care bill.

FYI: Similar to life insurance, as you age, the price skyrockets, typically doubling between the ages of 55 and 65. Most of us need care for under 3 years.

If you're in your 50s, premiums for an unlimited, immediate benefits policy can run $5K per year. With a $200 daily benefit, three years of coverage and a 60-day wait, you can cut your costs to about $2000 annually.

Since most of our products tend to be loan related, one area that we have been lacking in is the availability of individual life products. We often get requests from lenders or individual customers for life insurance products for needs that may be related to a loan but not limited to just that amount or term.

We have now partnered with VantisLife to be able to offer a full array of individual life insurance products
