CRITICAL PERIOD MORTGAGE PLAN

Is the Critical Period Plan right for me?

The Critical Period Mortgage Plan was developed to meet the needs of many of today's homeowners. It is a simple and easy way to provide coverage that can keep your family in your home if something were to happen to you. It allows your family time to decide what their options are for going forward without your income.

The key features of the coverage are the multiple benefits including life, accidental death and accidental disability (See brochure for details.), the flexibility of being able to keep your coverage in force even if your loan is sold or paid-off and the simplified underwriting (No medical exams, no doctors reports, no height and weight charts).

This program is a great supplement to your other insurance coverages, but is not designed to replace your life insurance. In fact this coverage helps to preserve your life insurance benefits for what you intended them for including childrens education, spousal living expenses or even funds for future medical needs.

If you feel that life insurance is what you really need, please contact us. We have many fine options available.

When it comes to giving your family the feeling of safety and security, there's no place like home. Your home is the biggest financial and emotional investment you're likely to make. So it makes good sense to be sure the ones you love can count on the special place you call home.

The Critical Period Mortgage Plan can help by providing a mix of coverages to pay your mortgage payment in a time of need. This affordable, easy to obtain mortgage protection is underwritten by Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company of Glenview, IL and administered by First Service Group of Pittsburgh, PA.

Three coverages in one package

The benefit package includes three distinct coverages. These coverages include critical period life which can provide 18 monthly mortgage payments in the event of death, accidental death which provides for an additional $20,000 benefit if death was due to an accident and critical period accidental disability which provides up to 6 monthly payments in the event of disability due to an accident (See
Product Brochure for more details).
